本研究测定了30例Ⅰ期高血压病患者(EH)伍用三七总皂甙(TSPNS)和开搏通(Captopril)治疗前后的左室舒张功能(E峰、A峰、E/A、E面积分数、A面积分数)、左室心肌重量指数(LVMI)红细胞内Ca及其膜上Ca泵活性;并以单用CG治疗为交叉自身对照。结果显示:经治疗后,TCG组E峰、E/A、E面积分数,红细胞膜Ca泵活性明显增加,A峰、A面积分数、LVMI及红细胞内Ca浓度明显减少;与C组比较差异显著。说明TSPNS改善左室舒张功能的机理可能与提高心肌细胞膜Ca泵活性,纠正心肌细胞内Ca超负荷及减轻左室心肌重量有关。
This study measured left ventricular diastolic function (E peak, A peak, E/A, E) in 30 patients with stage I hypertension (EH) before and after treatment with TPNS and Captopril. Area fraction, A area fraction), left ventricular myocardial weight index (LVMI), erythrocyte Ca, and Ca pump activity on the membrane; and treated with CG alone as cross-control. The results showed that after treatment, T-peak E-peak, E/A, E area fraction, Ca-pump activity of erythrocyte membrane increased significantly, A-peak, A-area fraction, LVMI, and erythrocyte Ca concentration decreased significantly; compared with C group, the difference was significant. . It is suggested that the mechanism of TSPs improving left ventricular diastolic function may be related to the improvement of myocardial cell membrane Ca pump activity, correction of myocardial intracellular Ca overload and reduction of left ventricular myocardial weight.
