党的十八大以来,反腐倡廉力度不断加大、领域不断拓宽、成效不断显现,保证了党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争有力进行。但从具体调研实践看,当前的反腐倡廉工作依然存在一些问题。如我们谈起这个话题,往往因对象各异而显得千差万别,或褒或贬,众说纷纭。对此,从推进惩防体系建设出发,进一步改变人们的观念、完善制度建设、提高执行能力尤为重要。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the intensity of anti-corruption and the promotion of government have been constantly increasing. The field has been continuously broadened and the effectiveness has been constantly demonstrated. This has ensured the vigorous implementation of the party’s work style and the clean government and the fight against corruption. However, from the perspective of specific research and practice, there are still some problems in the current anti-corruption work. If we talk about this topic, they often differ in different objects and may differ or be criticized or disparaged. In this regard, it is particularly important to proceed with the construction of a system of punishment and prevention so as to further change people’s concepts, improve the system construction and enhance their ability to perform.
