为了探讨高温中暑者热应激蛋白70 (HSP70) 测定的临床意义, 了解其在热应激与热适应中的作用, 本文应用Westernblot法, 测定了74 例高温中暑患者及30例正常对照者血浆中的HSP70 水平。结果表明轻症中暑组HSP70 水平 (光密度积分) 为4550.1±1838.1, 重症中暑组为4137.8±1207.5, 与正常对照组6043.5±1354.8 比较, 各组均有高度显著性差异(P< 0.01), 但轻症中暑与重症中暑组之间无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。9 例病人病愈出院前HSP70 水平与发病住院时相比虽无显著性差异(P> 0.05), 但HSP70 水平的上升与患者的住院天数密切相关。研究提示HSP70 是一种重要的自身保护反应蛋白, 在热应激状态下,HSP70表达水平量的下降可能是中暑发生的一个重要原因。检测高温中暑患者发病过程中的HSP70水平变化将为高温中暑发病机理的研究, 以及治疗方案的选择提供有意义的参考依据。
In order to investigate the clinical significance of heat stroke protein 70 (HSP70) in patients with hyperthermia, and to understand its role in heat stress and heat adaptation, we used Westernblot method to determine the plasma heat of 74 patients with heat stroke and 30 normal controls In the HSP70 level. The results showed that mild heat stroke HSP70 level (optical density integral) was 4550.1 ± 1838.1, severe heat stroke group was 4137.8 ± 1207.5, compared with the normal control group 6043.5 ± 1354.8, the average (P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference between mild heat stroke and severe heat stroke group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of HSP70 before hospitalization among the 9 patients (P> 0.05). However, the increase of HSP70 level was closely related to the hospitalization days. Studies suggest that HSP70 is an important self-protective protein in the state of heat stress, the decline in the level of HSP70 expression may be an important cause of heat stroke. Detection of high temperature stroke in patients with HSP70 during the pathogenesis of heat stroke pathogenesis of heat stroke will be the study, as well as the choice of treatment options provide a meaningful reference.
