目的探讨食用油中重金属铅含量的石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。方法将食用油微波消解后,选用磷酸二氢铵和硝酸钯作为基改剂,灰化温度850℃,原子化温度1 800℃,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测其铅含量。结果测定实际样品的相对标准偏差为2.8%~3.2%,加标回收率为96%~103%。用该法测定深圳市68份散装食用油铅含量,超标2份,超标率为2.9%。结论该方法线性好,准确快速,灵敏度高,适用于食用油中铅含量测定。深圳市市售散装食用油铅的卫生指标整体状况良好。
Objective To investigate the determination of heavy metals in cooking oil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods After edible oil was digested by microwave, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and palladium nitrate were chosen as modifiers. The ashing temperature was 850 ℃ and the atomization temperature was 1800 ℃. The lead content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of actual samples were 2.8% ~ 3.2% and the recoveries were 96% ~ 103%. The method was used to determine the lead content in 68 bulk edible oils in Shenzhen, exceeding the standard of 2, exceeding the standard rate of 2.9%. Conclusion The method is linear, accurate and rapid, high sensitivity, suitable for determination of lead in edible oil. Shenzhen City, the official health indicators of bulk edible lead in good condition.
