采用改性 HBeta沸石作为催化剂研究乙酸与异戊醇酯化反应 ,讨论了乙酸和异戊醇反应的条件 ,同时对催化剂酸性作了表征。结果表明 ,在催化剂用量为 3g,反应温度 1 1 7~ 1 32℃ ,反应时间 2 h的条件下 ,乙酸的转化率可达 98%。催化剂经连续 8次重复使用 ,其催化活性基本不变
The modified HBeta zeolite was used as a catalyst to study the esterification reaction of acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol. The reaction conditions of acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol were discussed. Meanwhile, the acidity of the catalyst was characterized. The results showed that the conversion of acetic acid reached 98% under the conditions of catalyst dosage of 3g, reaction temperature of 117-132 ℃ and reaction time of 2 h. After repeated use of the catalyst for 8 times, its catalytic activity is basically unchanged
