我省如何实施竞技体系与教育体系相结合体制(下称“两结合”体制),使优秀运动队向学校化过渡,持续稳定地提高竞技体育水平,是摆在我们面前亟待解决的重要研究课题。一、问题的提出1、“两结合”体制是当今竞技体育发展的迫切需要。现代竞技体育的国际化、社会化和科学化使运动训练由体力投入为主型向智力投入为主型转变,因而优秀运动员在成长过程中必然会遇到体力开发和智力开发的双重任务。而且,随着社会的发展,科技在竞技运动中作用越来越大。高水平的竞技运动比赛,在很大程度上是科学技术的竞赛,也是人才素质的竞争。
