胆道蛔虫症是农村儿童常见病,发病时多有腹绞痛,类似其他急腹症,但经便捡及B超等详细检查,不难确诊.以往治疗该病多用驱蛔灵及抗胆碱药达到驱蛔、解痉止痛的治疗目的,但效果较差,且易复发。为寻找理想疗法,我院采用左旋咪唑及液体石腊驱蛔润肠法,取得满意效果,特报告如下。1 一般资料及方法从1993—1995年12月末我院门诊和住院治疗的胆道蛔虫症患儿共80例,均经上级医院及我院便检及B超确诊,符合诊断标准,排除其他急腹症。其中男45例,女35例,年龄3—14岁,全部病例就诊前未服用驱蛔药.按就诊顺序随机分为左旋米唑治疗组和驱蛔灵治疗组,两组各40例。年龄和病情基本相符。左旋咪唑用量为2—3mg/kg,最大不超过150mg,投药方法为饭后1小时一次性顿服,同时口服液体石腊20—50ml,驱蛔灵用量为0.15g/kg,每天不超过3.0g,于每晚空腹口服,连服3天,同时加用抗胆碱能药物。用药后观察排虫情况及止痛效果.2 疗效判定标准①治愈:腹痛症状消失.排除成虫。B超虫体消失。便检虫卵阴性.②无效:腹痛未见好转。未排除成虫,
