正值“光威钓王杯”全国钓鱼巡回赛的预选赛进行得如火如荼的时候,“光威钓王杯”赛组委会经过认真的考察和仔细的研究,决定今年举办首届“光威钓王杯”海钓赛暨中泰海钓对抗赛。其中国内海钓赛部分由《中国钓鱼》杂志和威海光威集团公司共同主办,广州新华钓具公司承办。中泰海钓对抗赛由《中国钓鱼》杂志、光威集团公司和泰国钓鱼协会共同主办。
