目的通过对风湿免疫科预约挂号模式及工作流程的分析,阐述此模式实施的优势及意义。方法利用信息技术,优化挂号流程,实现当时预约,当即取号,对症择医,多科疾病同一预约的方法。结果诊区预约模式不仅缓解了风湿免疫科挂号困难,就诊繁琐的问题,而且弥补了原有预约模式易挂错号和易失约的不足。结论诊区预约服务模式可有效地提升医疗服务质量,患者满意度高,可推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the advantages and significance of the implementation of this model by analyzing the registration mode and workflow of rheumatology department. Methods The use of information technology to optimize the registration process to achieve the appointment at the time, immediately take the number, symptomatic and doctor, multi-family disease the same appointment. Results The clinic appointment mode not only alleviated the problems of registration of Rheumatology and Immunization Department, but also made up for the problems of the original appointment mode being easily linked up and missing. Conclusion The clinics booking service mode can effectively improve the quality of medical services, patient satisfaction is high, and can be popularized and applied.
