随着我国工业厂房建筑技术的发展以及工艺生产的需要,大柱网厂房结构的设计日益增多。我院于1975年承接了哈尔滨轴承厂联合厂房的设计任务。设备是从日本成套引进的。为适应工艺布置的要求,采用了12米柱距、18米跨度的结构布置方案。当时设备进厂安装时间已与日本商定,时间紧迫,又因施工条件所限,有些问题未能妥善处理,现在看来该厂房有些构件比较合理,有的还不够理想。该厂房于1977年建成,投产三年多,在经济指标、结构外观的轻巧造型以及工艺设备的布置安排上,都显示出一定的优越性。
With the development of China’s industrial plant construction technology and the need for process production, the design of the Dazhuwang plant structure is increasing. In 1975, our institute undertook the design task of the Harbin Bearing Factory joint factory. The equipment was imported from Japan. In order to meet the requirements of the process layout, a 12-meter-pitch, 18-meter-span structural layout scheme was adopted. At that time, the installation time of the equipment into the factory had been agreed with Japan, the time was tight, and due to the limited construction conditions, some problems could not be properly handled. It now appears that some components of the plant are reasonable and some are not ideal. The factory building was completed in 1977 and put into operation for more than three years. It shows certain advantages in terms of economic indicators, light appearance of the structure appearance, and arrangement of process equipment.
