鞍钢从1971年起先后在四座高炉自炉腰以上采用汽化冷却,三座效果不好,其中6号高炉(1050米~3)汽化冷却只一年零七个月,管子烧坏26%。而2号高炉(826米~3)自1974年11月9日投产至今五年多,冷却水管只坏3.7%,仍在继续强化冶炼,系数达2.0以上。2号高炉同6号高炉比,在冷却壁材质、铸造工艺、检测等方面都没有改进,为什么取得如此好的效果呢?对2号、6号高炉汽化冷却系统的水循环计算得到了答案。 6号高炉在中等热负荷、汽包为1.0公斤/厘米~2压力下,因阻力损失过大而不能循环,汽包压力提至3.0公斤/厘米~2,全炉循环流量只有256吨/
