采用抗nm2 3-H1/NDPK单克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学SP法染色 ,检测原发性胆囊癌4 3例 ,胆囊腺瘤 10例 ,慢性胆囊炎 4 5例 ,其中nm2 3 H1/NDPK表达阳性率依序为 4 8 8%、90 0 %、77 8% ,原发性胆囊癌表达阳性率低于胆囊良性病变 (P <0 0 5)。nm2 3 H1/NDPK在原发性胆囊癌的表达 :按Nevin分期 ,早期高于晚期 (P <0 0 5) ,高分化癌高于低分化癌 (P <0 0 5) ,未发生转移者显著高于转移者 (P <0 0 2 5) ,其表达水平与转移呈负相关。nm2 3 H1基因可能在原发性胆囊癌转移过程中起负性调控作用 ;nm2 3 H1基因在原发性胆囊癌分期、分化程度及转移过程中起不同的调节作用。
Immunohistochemical staining with anti-nm2 3-H1/NDPK monoclonal antibody was performed by SP immunohistochemistry to detect 43 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma, 10 cases of gallbladder adenoma, and 45 cases of chronic cholecystitis, among which the expression of nm23H1/NDPK was positive. The rates were 48.8%, 90.0%, and 77.8%, respectively. The positive rate of primary gallbladder carcinoma was lower than that of benign gallbladder disease (P < 0.05). The expression of nm2 3 H1/NDPK in primary gallbladder carcinoma: according to Nevin stage, early stage higher than late stage (P <0 05), well-differentiated carcinoma higher than poorly differentiated carcinoma (P <0 05), no metastasis Significantly higher than metastasis (P <0 0 25), its expression level was negatively correlated with metastasis. The nm23H1 gene may play a negative role in the metastasis of primary gallbladder carcinoma. The nm23H1 gene plays a different role in the regulation of the stage, differentiation and metastasis of primary gallbladder carcinoma.
