北京市新闻出版局,北京印刷学院出版传播研究中心年前组成考察组赴穗、蓉、沪三地,就网络出版的有关情况进行了考察。此次考察是北京地区在进行“北京地区互联网出版现状与管理对策研究”课题过程中,针对广州、成都和上海地区互联网应用技术基础较好,网络出版发展较快,较强的实际,进行的一次区域性比较考察。此次考察广泛交流了北京与三地网络出版的相关政策、基础设施建设、人员资格构成、未来发展前景以及数字版权保护等内容,了解到了三地信息产业的有关政策、数字版权保护等情况。主要考察单位:网易公司、广州市佳音通讯有限公司、中国银联股份有限公司广州分公司、广州日报报业集团大洋网、四川神韵传播有限责任公司、四川公用信息产业有限责任公司、四川日报网络传媒发展有限公司,上海信息产业公司、上海盛大网络发展有限公司、光通通信发展有限公司、榕树下公司、易趣网络信息眼务(上海)有限公司。
