重庆锻压机床厂是一个专门生产各类开式压机机床的专业工厂,承担有出口产品的生产任务。多年来,在精加工压机机身工作面(图1)时,一直采用人工刮研的方法,致使经济效益不高、产品质量不稳定,工人劳动强度大,严重地影响了生产任务的完成。为了彻底改变被动局面,厂里曾用B665牛头刨床改装成移动式专用机床,来进行精刨加工,但由于加工部位的工作条件限制,经过两个多月的试验都无法解决振纹和表面粗糙度高的问题,达不到设计要求。为此,经重庆市技协的帮助,改进了刀具结构和几何角度,合理地选用自贡硬质合金厂生产的643硬质合金刀片,终于解决了这个难关。加
