落实企业安全生产主体责任,是一个很严肃的话题。我们国家发展到现在,经济总量排世界第二,在这个高速发展的过程中,安全风险在加大,事故也接踵而至。比如,天津港“8·12”事故,165个人死亡,8个人失踪。城市的安全风险也无处不在。比如请个工人洗外墙,如果措施不到位,可能出现生命安全问题。邻近城市就有过血的教训,恶劣天气导致外墙作业发生事故,但同时也反映出企业严重缺乏安全意识,作业前肯定没看天气预报。
Implementation of the main responsibility for enterprise safety production is a very serious topic. As our country develops till now, the total economy ranks second in the world. In this rapid development, the security risks are increasing and accidents are followed one after another. For example, Tianjin Port “8 · 12” accident, 165 individuals were killed and 8 missing. The city’s security risks are everywhere. Such as a worker to wash the wall, if the measures are not in place, there may be life safety issues. Lessons have been reported in the neighboring cities. The bad weather has caused accidents in the external wall work. However, it also reflects the serious lack of safety awareness in the enterprises and certainly no weather forecast before the operation.
