目前,工厂广泛使用的 DDZ-Ⅱ型压力、压差及流量变送器。经常要进行现场维护、故障处理、定期检校等,每次拆装之前,均要切断供电电源(220V～),打开保护外套后,方可进行连线。拆装连线时,稍不留神就会接错线,导致仪表设备损坏,甚至影响正常生产,造成产品和设备事故。万一电源未切断或有人误送电,就可能发生人身触电伤亡事故。为改变这一状况,我们在不改变原仪表整体结构的基础上进行了一些改进,将接线式改为插接式,收到了良好的效果。
At present, the factory widely used DDZ-Ⅱ-type pressure, pressure and flow transmitter. Often to conduct on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, regular calibration, etc., before each disassembly, have to cut off the power supply (220V ~), open the protective jacket before connecting. Disassembly and connection, the slightest carelessness will take the wrong line, resulting in damage to instrumentation equipment, and even affect the normal production, resulting in product and equipment accidents. In case of power is not cut off or someone mistakenly sent electricity, personal electric shock casualties may occur. In order to change this situation, we made some improvements on the basis of not changing the overall structure of the original instrument, and changed the wiring type to the plug-in type, and received good results.
