目的 通过观察眼球摘除术后结膜下组织的病理变化 ,探讨结膜囊缩窄发生的病理机制。方法 选择眼球摘除术后发生结膜囊缩窄的病例 ,在不同时间 ,分别切取结膜囊基底部结膜下组织 ,通过特殊染色 ,进行光镜、电镜及免疫组织化学观察。结果 眼球摘除术后 1m o内 ,结膜下眶组织内出现较多的胞浆内富含肌动蛋白微丝的肌成纤维细胞(m yofibroblast)和胶原纤维 ,术后随着时间推移 ,肌成纤维细胞数量逐渐减少 ,而胶原纤维逐渐增多。结论 眼球摘除术后结膜囊缩窄的病理机制与术后产生的肌成纤维细胞的收缩及胶原纤维的牵拉有关
Objective To observe the pathological changes of the subconjunctival tissue after enucleation of the eye and to explore the pathological mechanism of the narrowing of the conjunctival sac. Methods The cases of conjunctival sac narrowing after enucleation were selected. The subconjunctival tissues of the base of the conjunctival sac were dissected at different times. Specimens were observed by light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results Within 1 minute after enucleation, there were more cytoplasmic myofibroblasts and collagen fibers in the subconjunctival orbital tissues. After operation, The number of fibroblasts gradually decreased while collagen fibers increased gradually. Conclusions The pathological mechanism of conjunctival sac narrowing after enucleation is related to the contraction of myofibroblasts and the pulling of collagen fibers after operation
