龙凤山水文自动测报系统工程对上游14个雨量站,2个入库流量站,1个库区水位站,2个下游河道流量站进行无人监守自动测报,降雨,水位,流量水文数据收集和处理,实现水库防洪供水发电等优化调度,提高防洪能力和水资源利用的社会效益,该系统工程由北京燕禹新技术开发部设计,1980年进行实地场强测试,1991年完成土建工程,1992年9月设备安装调试运行,并投入使用,工程总投资140万元。
