目的探讨食管癌术后进行肠内营养时,使用Infinity输注泵行肠内营养的治疗效果和护理。方法将98例食管癌三切口根治术后留置鼻肠管患者随机分为观察组68例及对照组30例,观察组采用Infinity输注泵进行肠内营养;对照组采用传统的重力输注法进行肠内营养,对比、观察两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况,消化道并发症及导管并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者无腹痛、腹泻等胃肠道并发症,4~5 d肛门排气,无一例由于管道堵塞而影响肠内营养。结论食管癌患者术后进行肠内营养时,合理使用Infinity输注泵将减少患者肠内营养并发症。
Objective To investigate the effect and nursing of enteral nutrition with Infinity infusion pump in enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods A total of 98 patients with esophageal cancer who had undergone three-incision resection of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group (68 cases) and control group (30 cases). The observation group was infused with Infinity infusion pump for enteral nutrition. The control group was treated by traditional gravity infusion Enteral nutrition, contrast, observe the recovery of gastrointestinal function, gastrointestinal complications and catheter complications in two groups. Results The observation group had no gastrointestinal complications such as abdominal pain and diarrhea, and had an anal exhaust 4 to 5 days. Neither did it affect enteral nutrition due to blockage of the pipeline. Conclusion In patients with esophageal cancer after enteral nutrition, the rational use of Infinity infusion pump will reduce the patient’s enteral nutrition complications.
