[目的]全面了解威海市医疗机构空气和物体表面的消毒状况,为今后的监测提供参考。[方法]对2006~2009年威海市27家医疗机构消毒监测资料进行分析。[结果]2006~2009年总合格率,治疗室空气菌落总数为60.11%,手术室空气菌落总数为70.10%;治疗室和手术室的物体表面(医务人员手)沙门菌为100.00%,金黄色葡萄球菌为99.82%,菌落总数为96.26%。一、二、三级医院平均合格率,治疗室空气菌落总数和物体表面菌落总数均为三级医院最高、一级医院最低(P<0.01),手术室空气菌落总数的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6~12月平均合格率,治疗室空气菌落总数、手术室空气菌落总数8月、9月最低,物体表面菌落总数均在91%以上。[结论]威海市医疗机构空气消毒合格率较低,空气消毒工作需要加强,尤其在8、9月份。
[Objective] To understand the disinfection status of air and objects in medical institutions in Weihai comprehensively, and provide reference for future monitoring. [Methods] The data of disinfection monitoring of 27 medical institutions in Weihai from 2006 to 2009 were analyzed. [Results] The total eligible rate of air treatment in the treatment room was 60.11% from 2006 to 2009, and the total number of air colonies in the operating room was 70.10%. Salmonella was 100.00% on the surfaces of the treatment room and operating room (medical staff), golden yellow Staphylococcus aureus is 99.82%, the total number of colonies is 96.26%. The average qualified rate of primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals, the total number of air colonies in treatment rooms and the total number of colonies on the surface of the hospital were the highest in tertiary hospitals and the lowest in primary hospitals (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the total numbers of air colonies in operating rooms P> 0.05). The average passing rate from June to December, the total number of air colonies in the treatment room, the total number of air colonies in the operating room in August and September were the lowest, and the total number of colonies on the surface of the objects was above 91%. [Conclusion] The qualified rate of air disinfection of medical institutions in Weihai is low, air disinfection needs to be strengthened, especially in August and September.
