在静息心电图描记或示波过程中,基线的上下动荡不稳,突然跳跃,振荡或缓慢漂移是心电图工作者经常遇到的麻烦问题。由于这种基线的漂移,使描记的图形失真,或看不清心电图各波段,或造成ST段抬高或压低的伪象,或类似于各种严重心律失常等,造成诊断困难。一、心电图基线漂移的原因及常用的排除方法基线漂移常见有两大原因,一是仪器本身因素,二是外在因素。仪器本身的可能原因和排除方法是: 1.电源电压不稳或稳压装置不好所致,可通过增设交流电子稳压器来解决。2.耦合电容漏电,绝缘下降时其隔绝作用减弱,所致基线漂移须更换新的电容器。3.电子管或晶体管损坏或特性差,心电图机的前置放大器所用的管子要求工作点必须相当稳定,一旦管子损坏或特性差,就会造成基线漂移,应予更换。
During resting electrocardiography or oscillography, the baseline fluctuates unsteadily up and down, and sudden jumps, oscillations, or slow drifts are troublesome ECG workers often encounter. Diagnostic difficulties are caused by such baseline wandering, distortion of the charted features, or inability to see the various ECG bands, artifacts that cause ST-segment elevation or depression, or similar serious arrhythmias. First, the causes of ECG baseline drift and common methods of removing the baseline drift are two common reasons, one instrument itself factors, and second, external factors. The possible causes of the instrument itself and its troubleshooting are: 1. The power supply voltage instability or voltage regulator due to poor, through the addition of AC electronic voltage regulator to solve. 2. Coupling capacitance leakage, insulation declines when its insulation weakened, resulting in baseline drift to be replaced by a new capacitor. 3. The tube or transistor is damaged or has poor characteristics. The tube used in the preamplifier of the electrocardiograph must have a very stable operating point. Once the tube is damaged or has poor characteristics, it will cause a baseline drift and should be replaced.
