1999年岁末,国家机械工业局提出了机械工业产品结构调整指导意见。通过优先发展一批市场急需产品、适当限制一批能力过剩产品、严格淘汰一批落后产品,形成合理的产品结构,不断提高机械产品在国内外市场中的竞争能力满足不断变化和发展的市场需求。 不久前,本刊记者就产品结构调整应遵循的原则和具体目标采访了国家机械工业局规划发展司有关负责人。
