患者女性,75岁。主因左眼下睑肿块复发半年入院。2年前患者左眼下睑长一约绿豆大小肿块,肿块逐渐长大,先后两次于外院行肿物切除术,术后病理检查不详。入院查体:左侧腮腺区触及一肿块,约3 cm×4 cm、质硬、活动度差、无压痛。左侧下颌下腺淋巴结可触及多个结节,质硬、无压痛。余全身浅表淋巴结无肿大及压痛。眼部检查:左眼视力0.5,左下睑皮下触及一肿块,约3.0 cm×2.5 cm,
