近日,本刊编辑部收到某省纪委干部一封有关深化“三转”的邮件。从当前实际情况来看,邮件反映的“三转”中的困惑及提出的建议,具有一定代表性。编辑结合对中央有关“三转”要求,以及中央纪委五次全会精神的理解作了回复。现将两封信一并刊发。——编者编辑同志:你好!前几天,省某厅纪检组一名干部来电问我,“三转”有没有相关文件规定,他们好以此向主要领导报告。我说到目前为止,中央纪委、省纪委从未就“三转”下发有关规定文件。能感觉得到,他对此答复有些失望。
