根据Mercdes—Benz消防车辆系列的介绍,西德和法国产专用于森林消防的车辆可分为两大类:一种是喷洒水或液剂的灭火消防车;另一种是用作指挥的消防车。灭火消防车的特点是:一律用带驾驶室的全轮(四轮)驱动的越野车底盘改装而成。车身则打破传统的城市消防车的结构型式,制成不规则的阶梯状的方形箱体。车身材料为玻璃纤维强化塑料(玻璃钢),内装水或灭火液剂,容积为1,700～3,200升。车身的外部根据需要设计成可放置消防器材,轮胎和乘坐消防人员,全部露天敞开式。整个车身低于驾驶室顶部。车辆均装备有6缸柴油机,功率为92～124千瓦(125～168马力)。车辆后部装置一台可移动式的消防泵,由一台单独固定在车后的发动机驱
According to the introduction of the Mercdes-Benz fire-fighting vehicle series, vehicles specially designed for forest fires in West Germany and France can be divided into two categories: one is a fire-fighting fire engine sprayed with water or liquid and the other is fire car.
