化工企业班组管理是指,管理者通过对管理目标的设定,来“约束”班组中的职工,促使工作效率得以提高,从而使企业得到更好的发展。传统理念中的管理以生产效益为第一位,忽略了对员工的人性化关怀,使员工的工作热情降低,企业的效益自然得不到有效的保障。现代企业管理中更注重人性化管理,员工能够在企业中感受到关怀,激发员工的主人翁意识,从而更好的为企业服务。
