目的:探析上颌单前牙行即刻种植修复和延期种植修复的临床效果。方法:回顾相关资料,选取我院2014年8月至2016年6月收治的上颌单前牙复种患者100例,由于治疗时机不同,随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,其中实验组患者进行即刻种植修复,对照组则采用延期种植修复,对比各组间的治疗效果和治疗后6个月复查的口腔拍片,应用红白美学指数进行评分。结果:经不同时机的治疗方式后,患者的临床效果不同,其中实验组患者的治疗效果显著高于对照组,且红白美学指数评分均高于对照组,对比各组间的数据结果显示,差异较显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对上颌单前牙患者采用即刻种植修复的效果显著优于延期种植修复,不仅提高了治疗的效果,且术后的美学效果较好,值得患者信赖和推广。
Objective: To investigate the immediate effect of maxillary single anterior teeth implantation and delayed implant repair. Methods: To review the relevant data, select 100 cases of maxillary single anterior teeth in our hospital from August 2014 to June 2016. Because of the different timing of treatment, the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 50 cases, in which the experimental group The patients in the control group were repaired with deferred implantation. The therapeutic effect between the groups and oral film taken for 6 months after treatment were compared. The red-white aesthetic index was used to evaluate the results. Results: After different time of treatment, the clinical effect of the patients was different. The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the red and white aesthetic index scores were higher than the control group. Comparing the data between the groups, The difference was significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The immediate maxillary single anterior teeth patients with immediate implant repair effect is significantly better than delayed implant repair, not only improve the treatment effect, and postoperative aesthetics better, worth the trust and promotion of patients.
