双黄连(SHL)是金银花、黄芩和连翘的提取物制剂。为阐明SHL对HBV感染的治疗基础,本试验以能够分泌HBsAg的PLC/PRF/5细胞系,体外评价了该药抑制HBsAg分泌的作用。

Shuanghuanglian (SHL) is an extract preparation of honeysuckle, astragalus and forsythia. In order to elucidate the therapeutic basis of SHL for HBV infection, the effect of this drug on HBsAg secretion was assessed in vitro using the PLC/PRF/5 cell line that secretes HBsAg.
