目的:查找本次食物中毒的特点和发生的原因。方法:对剩余食物、呕吐物进行留样,根据流行病学调查及其食物中毒特点,进行病原学筛选检测及目标菌鉴定;同时采集病人的双份血清进行相应抗体检测。结果:在剩余蛋炒饭中检出蜡样芽胞杆菌2型,数量达4.0×107cfu/g;在4份未用药前采集的呕吐物中也检出蜡样芽胞杆菌2型,数量在8.5×104~4.9×105cfu/g之间;5位病人双份血清中的蜡样芽胞杆菌抗体有4倍以上增高。结论:这是一起食用了被蜡样芽胞杆菌2型污染的米饭而引起的呕吐型食物中毒。
Purpose: To find out the characteristics of the food poisoning and the causes. Methods: Residual food and vomit samples were retained, according to the epidemiological investigation and the characteristics of food poisoning, pathogenic screening test and identification of target bacteria; simultaneous acquisition of the patient’s serum double antibody detection. Results: Bacillus cereus type 2 was detected in the remaining egg fried rice, the number was 4.0 × 107cfu / g; Bacillus cereus type 2 was also detected in 4 vomit collected before administration, the number was 8.5 × 104 ~ 4.9 × 105cfu / g; 5 patients with double serum in Bacillus cereus more than 4 times higher antibody. Conclusion: This is a case of vomit-type food poisoning caused by consumption of rice contaminated with Bacillus cereus type 2 together.
