采用油酸钠对硫酸钙晶须(CSW)进行表面改性,并以之为填料通过共混的方法制备了聚酰胺66(PA66)/CSW复合材料。研究了油酸钠用量对CSW表面活化指数的影响,同时考察了PA66/CSW复合材料的力学性能。结果表明:油酸钠提高了CSW表面活化指数,改善了其对极性树脂的结合性能。当油酸钠用量为4%、改性温度为140℃、反应时间为20 min时,CSW具有良好的包覆效果,其表面活化指数可达96%。CSW经油酸钠改性后,PA66/CSW复合材料的冲击和拉伸强度均有显著提高。
Surface modification of calcium sulfate whisker (CSW) with sodium oleate and polyamide 66 (PA66) / CSW composites were prepared by blending. The effect of sodium oleate dosage on CSW surface activation index was investigated. The mechanical properties of PA66 / CSW composites were also investigated. The results showed that sodium oleate enhanced CSW surface activation index and improved its binding property to polar resin. When the amount of sodium oleate is 4%, the modification temperature is 140 ℃ and the reaction time is 20 min, CSW has a good coating effect and the surface activation index can reach 96%. CSW modified by sodium oleate, PA66 / CSW composite impact and tensile strength were significantly increased.
