在本刊1982年第二期发表的拙作《短跑训练主要抓什么?》一文中,笔者已就所有短跑运动员的训练中全面身体素质训练和专项身体素质训练的作用表述了自己的看法,然而人们常指的短跑包括:100m、200m、400m等不同跑程,而不同跑程无论就素质或技术而言均有自己的特征,因而训练方面也应有所差别。同时仅就某一跑程来说,影响其技术与素质的因素也是多方面的。为承接上文,逐一探讨短跑训练的有关问题,本文从能量供应的角度分析100m跑运动员素质训练的看法作一专题呈述于后。
