梁启德,祖籍广东顺德,中国美术家协会会员,广西文联画家,广西文学杂志社原副社长、美术副编审,擅长人物画创作,兼山水画和花鸟画创作,作品多次参加展览并获奖。上世纪70年代开始发表作品,80年代创作了大量的连环画及书籍插图,分别在北京、天津、上海、浙江、广西等多家美术出版社出版、发行。国画作品《光明行》入选2010年上海世博会·中国美术作品展,少数民族题材作品《吉祥颂歌》入选七彩云南·多彩贵州——中
