目的:系统评价睾酮治疗对男性性功能障碍患者代谢综合征相关因素的作用。方法:检索图书馆临床对照试验资料库和中文期刊全文数据库,根据纳入及排除标准,选择试验、评价质量、提取资料,对相关数据进行Meta分析。结果:选择了6向随机对照试验,利用方法学进行质量评价,得出B级5项,C级1项。根据分析结果能够看出,采用睾酮治疗能够对男性性功能障碍患者的胰岛素抵抗程度、总胆固醇水平、空腹血糖进行改善,对收缩压水平、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白进行降低。结论:对男性性功能障碍患者进行睾酮治疗,能够有效调节血脂、控制血糖,具有重要的临床意义。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the effect of testosterone on metabolic syndrome-related factors in men with sexual dysfunction. Methods: To search the database of clinical trial control and database of Chinese periodicals, select the test according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluate the quality, extract the data and conduct meta-analysis on the related data. Results: Six randomized controlled trials were selected to assess the quality using methodologies. Five B-level and one C-level were obtained. According to the analysis results, it can be seen that the testosterone treatment can improve the degree of insulin resistance, the total cholesterol level and the fasting blood glucose level in patients with male sexual dysfunction, and have an effect on the systolic blood pressure level, the triglyceride, the high density lipoprotein, and the low density lipoprotein reduce. Conclusion: Testosterone treatment of male sexual dysfunction patients, can effectively regulate blood lipids, blood sugar control, has important clinical significance.
