以创新和提升高校大学生体育健身的环境、体质测试的成绩为出发点,以学校实施体育教学为平台,以国家号召开展阳光体育运动为依托,认为高校单靠体育课堂教学来满足高校学生的生理、心理的健身需求比较局限,应该在此基础上充分利用“大学校园半个社会”的资源来开辟高校阳光体育运动的多元化健身模式途径,即“等腰三角形”模式,为进一步促进“惠生、惠校、惠国”的阳光体育运动的长效发展提供参考。
