由于不同个体存在放射治疗敏感性差异,而传统放射治疗未能设计针对患者个体的治疗方式。随着人类基因组计划的完成和新技术的发展,设计针对个体更具合理的放疗方案,是医学发展的必然趋势。文章从DNA、RNA和蛋白三个水平预测肿瘤放射敏感性的进展作一综述。
Because of the differences in radiosensitivity among different individuals, traditional radiotherapy fails to design a treatment that is tailored to the individual patient. With the completion of the human genome project and the development of new technologies, designing a more rational radiotherapy program for individuals is an inevitable trend of medical development. The article reviews the progress of tumor radiosensitivity prediction from three levels of DNA, RNA and protein.
