文献已有报道部分纯化的α-干扰素(α-interfe-ron,IFNα)治疗毛细胞白血病有效。本文的目的在于研究高度纯化的α-干扰素,即重组α-干扰素(re-combinant IFNα,rIFNαA)是否对毛细胞白血病同样有效。
It has been reported in the literature that partially purified α -interferon (IFNα) is effective in the treatment of hairy cell leukemia. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether highly purified alpha-interferon, ie, recombinant IFN-α (rIFNαA), is equally effective against hairy cell leukemia.
