一、试验目的测定碳纤维抗拉强度有两种方法,即单丝测定法和丝束测定法。目前国内主要是应用单丝测定法来测定碳纤维的抗拉强度。单丝测定法虽然在我国碳纤维的研制发展中起过重大的作用,但是它存在以下弊病:1)由于试样的制备和数据的测量中偶然因素的影响,数据分散性大;2)用显微镜测量单丝直径只适用于圆形截面,不适于椭圆形、腰子形等截面。因此,单丝测定法不适应我国碳纤维研究和生产进一步发展的需要。

At present, the main application of monofilament measurement method to determine the tensile strength of carbon fiber. Although monofilament assay plays a significant role in the research and development of carbon fiber in China, it has the following disadvantages: 1) the data is scattered due to the accidental factors in the preparation of the sample and the measurement of the data; 2) Monofilament diameter measurement only applies to circular cross-section, not suitable for oval, kidney and other cross-section. Therefore, monofilament assay does not meet the needs of further development of carbon fiber research and production in China.
