报告 AAI 起搏的5种异常 ECG 表现:(1)早期起搏阈值升高引起的起搏障碍,(2)感知灵敏度过低引起的竞争心律,(3)室早逆传引起的起搏障碍,(4)房早未下传引起的长 R-R 间歇;(5)肌电位抑制发放起搏脉冲。讨论其鉴别诊断和处理并着重指出:欲对 AAI 起搏 ECG 进行正确分析,必须首先熟悉患者安置的起搏器类型和功能。
Five abnormal ECG findings that report AAI pacing are: (1) pacing disorders caused by an increase in early pacing thresholds, (2) competitive heart rhythms caused by low sensory sensitivity, (3) pacing disorders caused by premature ventricular contractions , (4) the long RR interval that has not been downloaded before the room; (5) inhibition of the release of pacing myoelectric pulse. Discussing its differential diagnosis and treatment and highlighting that in order to properly analyze the AAI Pacing ECG, one must first be familiar with the type and function of the pacemaker placed by the patient.
