党的十七大是一次高举旗帜、解放思想的大会。十七大报告适应国内外形势的新变化,顺应各族人民过上更好生活的新期待,从战略高度提出了一系列新观点、新思路、新命题,激发了社会各界的兴奋点。在全国学习贯彻十七大精神的日子里,中共四川省委党校部分专家学者对十七大报告中呈现出的新观点、新思路、新命题进行了热议、解读和点评。这里我们仅选取“旗帜”、“理论”、“道路”、“文化建设”、“党的建设”角度摘录部分发言,以笔谈的形式予以刊登,期望对读者深入学习领会十七大报告有所启迪。
The 17th CPC National Congress is a general assembly that holds high the banner and emancipates the mind.
