采样方法的研究表明:(1)一片叶中养分含量的纵向分布差异显著,而横向分布则无明显差异,可纵剖取半叶作样品。(2)麻株中不同龄的叶片养分含量不同,N、P、K含量越老越低,Ca、Mg含量则相反,可采接近平均值的第36—40片叶作样品。(3)不同龄麻株的养分差异不显著。(4)一天中叶片养分含量自上午8时至12时变化甚微,可作采样时间,(5)一年中养分含量没有季节性的规律性变化,建议在6～7月采样。
The results of sampling methods showed that: (1) There was significant difference in the longitudinal distribution of nutrient content in one leaf, but there was no obvious difference in horizontal distribution. (2) The leaves of different ages in hemp plants had different nutrient contents, the older the contents of N, P, K, the lower the contents of Ca and Mg, and the 36th to 40th leaves near the average value could be taken as samples. (3) There was no significant difference in nutrient content between different age groups. (4) The nutrient content of leaves in one day changed little from 8:00 to 12:00, which can be used as sampling time. (5) There is no seasonal regular change of nutrient content in one year, it is recommended to sample in June ~ July.
