目的 :兔颈动静脉直接吻合 ,造成颅内静脉窦高压 ,诱发硬脑膜动静脉瘘 (DAVF) ;肌肉注射性激素观察其与DAVF形成的相关性。方法 :成年兔 80只 ,分为 6组 :A组 ,假手术组 ;B组 ,单纯结扎组 ;C组 ,颈外静脉 颈总动脉吻合组 ;D组 ,颈内静脉 颈总动脉吻合组 ;E组 ,雌激素注射组 ;F组 ,雄激素注射组。结果 :C组、D组分别有 4只和 1只动物出现阳性体征。结论 :颈动静脉手术吻合 ,可诱发DAVF ;肌肉注射性激素 ,短期不能诱发DAVF。
OBJECTIVE: Rabbit carotid artery and vein are directly anastomosed, resulting in intracranial venous hypertension, induced dural arteriovenous fistula (DAVF); intramuscular injection of sex hormones to observe its association with DAVF formation. Methods: 80 adult rabbits were divided into 6 groups: group A, sham operation group, group B, simple ligation group, group C, external jugular carotid artery anastomosis group, group D, internal jugular vein common carotid artery anastomosis group, E group, estrogen injection group; F group, androgen injection group. Results: In group C and group D, 4 animals and 1 animal showed positive signs respectively. Conclusion: Carotid artery and vein surgery anastomosis can induce DAVF; intramuscular injection of sex hormones, short-term can not induce DAVF.
