用香烟烟雾使大鼠被动吸烟的方法 ,复制大鼠慢性支气管炎 (慢支 )模型 ,以观察吸烟对大鼠肺组织中鸟苷素含量的影响。采用被动吸烟方法复制大鼠慢支模型。采用放射免疫分析方法测定鸟苷素含量。结果显示 ,慢支模型组大鼠肺组织经病理证实 ,出现明显的慢支的病理改变。慢支模型组血浆中鸟苷素含量与正常对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。肺组织中鸟苷素含量两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。表明被动吸烟可以诱导肺组织中鸟苷素含量增加 ,这可能是代偿性的抑制小气道微管渗漏及分泌作用。
The chronic bronchitis (chronic bronchitis) model was replicated in rats by passive smoking with cigarette smoke to observe the effect of smoking on the content of guanylin in the lung tissue of rats. Rat model of chronic bronchitis was reproduced by passive smoking. The content of guanylin was determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that chronic lung injury model rats lung tissue confirmed by pathology, there was obvious pathological changes of chronic bronchitis. The content of guanylin in the chronic bronchitis model group had no significant difference compared with the normal control group (P> 0.05). The content of guanylin in lung tissue was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.01). Passive smoking can induce increased levels of guanylin in lung tissue, which may be compensatory inhibition of small airway microtubule leakage and secretion.
