发展农村商贸业对推动农村消费、扩大农民就业、增加农民收入及改善农村消费环境都将起到十分重要的作用。近年来,河南农村商贸业为全省经济社会发展做出了重要贡献,但还存在一定的问题。应进一步建立增加农民收入的长效机制、完善农村现代商贸流通体系、提高农村商贸业的现代化水平、加强农产品流通基础设施建设、优化农村商贸业发展环境以及加大政府扶持力度等。
Developing rural commerce and trade will play an important role in promoting rural consumption, expanding peasants ’employment, increasing farmers’ income and improving rural consumption environment. In recent years, Henan’s rural commerce industry has made important contributions to the province’s economic and social development, but there are still some problems. We should further establish a long-term mechanism to increase peasants’ income, improve the system of circulation of modern commerce in rural areas, upgrade the modernization level of rural commerce and trade, strengthen the infrastructure for the circulation of agricultural products, optimize the environment for the development of rural commerce and trade, and increase government support.
