手术治疗周围型小肺癌４９ 例，结果表明：鳞癌的５ 年生存率优于腺癌和其它组织类型肺癌；同组织类型小肺癌比较， Ｎ０ 优于 Ｎ１， Ｎ１ 优于 Ｎ２。即使是早期小肺癌，尤其是腺癌和未分化小细胞癌，预后也不全令人满意。小肺癌并不全是早期肺癌，术后的综合治疗仍是不可缺少的。
Surgical treatment of peripheral small lung cancer in 49 cases, the results show that: 5-year survival rate of squamous cell carcinoma is better than adenocarcinoma and other tissue types of lung cancer; compared with tissue-type small lung cancer, N0 is better than N1, N1 is better than N2. Even early-stage small lung cancers, especially adenocarcinomas and undifferentiated small-cell carcinomas, are not completely satisfactory. Small lung cancer is not all early stage lung cancer. Postoperative comprehensive treatment is still indispensable.
