解放以后,辽河流域的城市工业有了迅速发展,成为工农业生产基地。能否利用辽河水利,治理辽河水患,对辽宁的经济发展和人民生活的安定具有重要意义。
After the liberation, the urban industry in the Liaohe River Basin developed rapidly and became the industrial and agricultural production base. It is of great significance to use the Liaohe River water conservancy to control the Liaohe River floods and to the economic development of Liaoning and the stability of people’s lives.
