高职学生从学生到企业人的角色转换是一个破蛹化蝶的过程,确立理性的职业规划是教师应该指导学生的第一步;职业要求的调研帮助学生了解最新的就业动态;职业素质的打造为将来步入职场奠基。本文以高职院校的职场教育为着眼点进行阐述,只有经历了这样一个艰苦的、不断提升的转化过程,才能有效地缩短学生在未来职场的心理断乳期、工作适应期,提前完成从学校到职场、从学生到企业人的对接。
