10月15日至17日,全省非税收入管理工作座谈会在浏阳市召开。各市州财政局分管综合规划和收费工作的局领导,非税收入管理局、收费管理局（中心、办）负责人,综合规划科科长以及部分县市财政局、非税收入管理局、收费局的代表和湖南大学会计学院、湖南财专的特邀教授等80余人与会。省财政厅副厅长李友志莅临会议并作了重要讲话。这是一次既务虚又务实、虚实紧密结合的会议。会上,大家紧紧围绕深化“收支两条线”改革,切实加强和规范非税收入管理这个主题,各抒已见,畅所欲言,展开了热烈的讨论。座谈
