报道了60例金属汞密切接触工人的外周血淋巴细胞微核率(MN)和姐妹染色单体互换率(SCE)的观察分析。结果表明各工龄组姐妹染色单体互换率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),微核率则接触工龄10年以上组有统计学意义。同时分析了尿汞与汞诱变作用的关系及吸烟对汞诱变作用的影响。
The observation and analysis of peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate (MN) and sister chromatid exchange rate (SCE) in 60 cases of close contact with metal mercury were reported. The results showed that the sister chromatid exchange rates in all age groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the relationship between mercury and mercury in mutagenicity and the effect of smoking on the mutagenesis of mercury were analyzed.
