目的:通过分析,找到急诊科在急诊中出现的医疗纠纷的特点和原因,为今后的工作提供借鉴。方法:从急诊科特点,医疗纠纷的起因2大方面进行分析,找出防范措施。结果:针对急诊科特点和可能引起医疗纠纷的因素2大方面入手,可使医疗纠纷有效减少。结论:加强医护人员专业技术,并强化急救意识,全面提高医疗工作者的素质,掌握恰当的沟通技巧,耐心与患者及其家属沟通,并建立完整的急救管理方案,设置合理的收费制度,可有效防范医疗纠纷,改善医患关系。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the characteristics and causes of medical disputes emerging in the emergency department during the emergency department through analysis, and provide references for future work. Methods: From the characteristics of emergency department, the causes of medical disputes in two major aspects of analysis to identify preventive measures. Results: In view of the characteristics of emergency department and the factors that may cause medical disputes, we can effectively reduce the number of medical disputes. Conclusion: To strengthen the professional skills of medical staff, strengthen the awareness of first aid, fully improve the quality of medical workers, master appropriate communication skills, patiently communicate with patients and their families, set up a complete emergency management plan and set a reasonable charging system. Effectively prevent medical disputes and improve doctor-patient relationship.
