衷心祝贺《南宁市志》问世。民国八年 (1919)《邕宁县志》出版至今 80年 ,南宁无方志。四卷五册新修的《南宁市志》出版 ,填补了这个空白 ,实现了不让地方志的优良传统在我们这一代人手上中断的誓言。要评价这部《南宁市志》 ,我是无能为力的。因为一者已届耄耄之年 ,难以细读
Heartily congratulate “Nanning City Zhi” come out. Eight years of the Republic of China (1919) “Suining County Zhi” has been published for 80 years, Nanning no Chi. The publication of four volumes of the newly-rented Nanning Chronicles fills this gap and realizes the oath that will prevent the fine traditions of local chores from being interrupted by the hands of our generation. To evaluate this “Nanning City Zhi”, I can not do anything about it. It is hard to read carefully because one year has passed
